Creating Experiences That Get Noticed

Brand · Events · Integrated Marketing

A great event experience starts long before anyone walks onto the show floor.

Across Raftr, Traxero, and NoahFace, I’ve led trade show and event marketing from the first blank page through the final teardown: building experiences designed to get attention, tell a clear brand story, support the sales team, and make the investment count.

And when I say led, I mean hands-on: booth concept and design, messaging, banners and signage, collateral, promotional items, pre- and post-event campaigns, logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and team coordination.

What I’ve Managed & Created

STRATEGY → EXPERIENCE → CONTENT → CAMPAIGN → TEAM → RESULTS

Strategy

Audience, goals, sponsorship opportunities and what success should look like.

Campaign

Pre-event promotion, social, email, partner amplification and post-event follow-up.

Experience

Booth concept, layout, visual identity, signage and how the brand shows up physically.

Team

Travel, schedules, staffing, talking points, logistics and coordinating teams of up to 15+.

Content

Messaging, rack cards, sales collateral, presentations and supporting materials.

Results

Leads, conversations, engagement, pipeline, and other metrics to support and measure our goals.

Raftr: Emerging Brand, Limited Resources

The Opportunity:
Raftr needed to stand out in a crowded higher education technology market while creating an experience that felt true to a brand built around community and connection – all on a limited startup budget.

What I Built: I personally designed the booth and banners, wrote and designed collateral, sourced promotional items, planned supporting campaigns, managed sponsorship requirements, and coordinated the attending team – and attended myself!

Traxero: Going Bigger

The Opportunity:
As the events got bigger, so did the operational complexity. At Traxero, major industry sponsorships could involve 15+ team members, multiple brands and products, significant sponsorship commitments, and a lot of moving pieces that all had to feel like one cohesive experience.

What I Built: I owned the experience end to end: designing the booth environment and supporting materials, developing messaging and collateral, selecting promotional items, managing sponsorship deliverables and vendors, coordinating travel and logistics, and making sure the team arrived prepared to represent the brand.

NoahFace: Turning Events Into an Integrated Growth Channel

The Opportunity:
At NoahFace, events became part of a broader integrated marketing strategy – connecting our brand, partner relationships, product positioning, content, sales enablement, and demand generation before, during, and after the show.

What I Built: I owned the experience end to end: designing the booth environment and supporting materials, developing messaging and collateral, selecting promotional items, managing sponsorship deliverables and vendors, coordinating travel and logistics, and making sure the team arrived prepared to represent the brand.

More Than a Booth…

The booth is the visible part. The real work is everything connecting it.

The events I’m proudest of brought brand, content, sales, partnerships, digital marketing, creative execution, and operations together around one moment. I love the creative part – but I’m equally comfortable building the project plan, wrangling the logistics, preparing the team, and figuring out how the experience supports the bigger business goal.
